We have been shocked at the amount of customers informing us about other companies not showing up at their last event. This will not happen with us. Our comprehensive service includes confirmation calls, delivery, set up of the castle, professional cleaning, pick-up service, and public liability insurance with Australian company QBE Insurance. Coastal Castles have a castle for every age group. Although our castles are classified as children's castles, our smallest castle may hold up to 400 kilograms, meaning you may even have a jump with the kids. Our jumping/bouncy castles were designed with fun and safety as the only priority.
